We have all been there, even if we don't like to admit it. All of us suffer from some sort of gastrointestinal/digestive issues. Whether we have gas, bloating, constipation or all of the above, most of us deal with it every day. Believe it or not, we are actually not meant to feel this way after we ingest anything. Shocker right? When we eat or ingest anything, we are actually supposed to feel energized, nourished and overall good. However, as a society we are so used to feeling like crap after we eat that we feel like it is normal. Most of this can be tackled with dietary changes, but more on that later. :) This tea is a nice complement to our "Get Moving" tincture. While the ingredients are a little bit different, this is highly effective in combating constipation, bloating, gas etc. It is overall a nourishing tea for our entire digestive system as a whole. So, let's get things moving today!


 Dandelion: This beautiful herb is my go to for intestinal issues. Not only is it FULL of so many different things that help boost our bodies up, but it also is a huge blood cleanser. Not only is a blood cleanser though, but it is also a mild diuretic. Due to this, it works with our body to help clean out the toxins, thus... cleansing out our bowels.

 Chamomile: Best known for working as a mild nerve sedative, it is also a GREAT herb for the stomach and intestines. It works with the body to help relax all the muscles which in turn helps relax the digestive tract releasing gas and allowing things to flow as they should! This tea is not only great for helping to get things moving, but it is also fantastic for easing gas, colic, IBS, and many other stomach, digestion, and bowel issues!

 Fennel Seeds: Fennel has been used forever in treating digestive issues. In fact, that is what it is most known for! Not only does it work as a laxative to get things moving, but it also works as overall nourishment for the digestive system. The components of it help alleviate gas and bloating! Many people just eat the fennel seeds, but we have added it to our tea to not only add more benefits, but also because it tastes great! 


This is loose leaf tea in a small bakers bag. This bag will make several cups of tea.  Bring roughly 8 oz of water to a boil and pour over tea ball. Let sit for 15-20 minutes and then drink.

As a preventative drink one cup daily.

If you are having chronic/severe problems:

Adults drink up to 3 cups daily until condition improved. Children drink up to 2 cups daily until symptoms improve.
